For those with more traditional leanings, our CITRUS MARMALADE will hit the spot. Made with a carefully selected melange of orange, lemon, and Pamplemousse, we recommend pairing this with breakfast foods, for dessert, or even as a sweet mid-day pick me up.


PRESERVES:

Blueberry, Strawberry, Stone Fruit

Who doesn’t find comfort in BLUEBERRY PRESERVES? It brings back all of the warm and homey fondness of blueberry pancakes, sugar coated fluffy-topped muffins, or just a simple handful of fresh blueberries picked on a warm summer day. With a little hint of bay leaf and lemon zest, this selection will promise to satisfy.

STRAWBERRY PRESERVES. Iconic. Classic. And damned delicious. Nothing fancy here, just what you expect when you want that sweet summery flavor. We recommend pairing with something buttery or creamy. Think cream cheese and jelly, a gooey chèvre, or even on a biscuit or toast.

Our STONE FRUIT PRESERVES reminds us of cobbler, summer, and canned peaches. Being decadent doesn’t have to be fancy. Our stone fruit selection brings a stewy combination of peaches, plums, and nectarines together. It has proven a wonderful addition to desserts; think vanilla cake, as well as breakfast fare… However, don’t shy away from savory applications, mind you. This would pair well with any back-yard bbq spread, as well.


UNCANNY THINGS:

Fig Jam, Hot Pepper Jelly, Cucumber

Who doesn’t love some FIG JAM? Our sticky fig spread offers something sweet with the dried figs, something tart with the pomegranate seeds, and something warm and savory with the caramelized red onion. This winning combination makes it the perfect spread to pair with literally anything… an everything bagel, a cheese plate, some bittersweet chocolate, perhaps? Add it to your favorite sandwich to bring things up a notch!

We all love something sweet and hot. Our HOT PEPPER JELLY is all that and more! Our recipe contains three kinds of peppers; sweet and spicy, along with tomatillos, garlic, onion, and a pinch of cumin that draws a subtle influence from a sizzling plate of fajitas. Add to a crispy chicken sandwich or a plate of roasted veggies to elevate your favorite fare.

CANDIED CUCUMBER almost sounds redundant. Cucumber smells and tastes so sweet on its own, why tamper with what nature has already provided? Because we can! The same way that mint jelly is refreshing and cooling to the palate, we achieve the same goal with a much less extreme flavor upfront. The deliciousness is more nuanced and can be applied to more than just rack of lamb. Think of it as a way to twist up traditional Mediterranean fare. This recipe goes well on sandwiches, crudités plates, and tacos.
